“We apologize for the inconvenience this temporary service disruption is causing residents. Like many industries across the country, we are trying to manage a severe labor shortage. The COVID Omicron variant continues to hit our operations hard; we currently have approximately 20% of our Gwinnett workforce in quarantine. There will still be temporary service interruptions for recycling, bulk materials and yard waste over the next few days. We ask for and appreciate your patience as we work to overcome these issues.
